由于今年收稿量激增，加之法国疫情影响，国外评委工作时间协调差异因素，为了更好的保证评审的品质和公正，所以原定2020年10月20日发布比赛结果时间现往后延迟，预计将于11月20日左右公布，特此通告，感谢各位参赛机构以及选手的支持和理解，也烦请相互转达告知。

Due to the sharp increase of candidates this year, we are sorry to inform that we have to postpone the announcement of the results of ArtSay 2020 on 20th November, in order to ensure the quality and fairness of the international evaluation, thanks for your supports and understanding.
